Ask any parent with a teenager to tell you about the school offerings in Forsyth County, and Reagan High School is certain to be mentioned. A recent addition to the Forsyth County list, Reagan has been a popular choice for many families during the past few years, and communities in the area have attracted many buyers.

Lochurst is one of the developments in the Reagan school district that is popular with families. Jones is building homes in Lochurst and Meadowlands, and he said that he does a lot of the work in each house.

"For custom homes, we are always on-site, greeting subcontractors and meeting with buyers," Jones said. "We are constantly on the job site."

Jones builds a variety of homes from the $100,000s to the mid-$400,000 range. He has a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and likes to incorporate his educational background with his professional homebuilding experience.

"I worked in the landscape contracting business and for several residential and commercial builders [before starting his company]," Jones said. "I just developed a liking for the business and pursued it."

The home at 3594 Campton Ridge is the latest of several homes Jones has built in Lochurst. Buyers have responded well to his mix of a quality family home and desirable neighborhood, and the future residents of 3594 Campton Ridge will enjoy the same convenient lifestyle.

"Lochurst is very popular with families who want to be in the Reagan district," Jones said. "This home is part of the newest phase of Lochurst, and we've sold several houses in the neighborhood already."
