North Davidson Deal

Kensington is just a mile from the Hickory Tree Road interchange with Highway 150, but the picturesque community has the appeal of a neighborhood out in the country. "Currently, there is a custom being built by Castlegate Construction, the spec on Lot 22 is under contract and we recently closed on the first custom built by HyMarx Builders," Brady said. "A spec on Lot 6 built by Darcyn Homes is being offered at $339,000, and a spec on Lot 4 built by Castlegate Construction is offered at $399,500."
